2012, possesses 12 years of extensive experience in tax and business
advisory matters, coupled with a wealth of expertise in various types of
assurance work. With an exceptional academic background, Roshan
has achieved membership with CPA Australia, demonstrating his
commitment to professional excellence. Furthermore, he holds
qualifications as an Information System Auditor and has successfully
completed a certificate course on Concurrent Audit of Banks. In
addition, Roshan is a registered valuer under the Companies Act for
securities and financial assets, and he proudly maintains membership
with IBBI (Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India), further affirming
his dedication to industry standards and regulations.
Sharon Liss Augustine

Sharon Liss Augustine is a senior partner who has been associated
with the firm since 2013. With a wealth of experience spanning 12 years
in the field of audit and assurance, she possesses a deep
understanding of accounting and auditing standards. Her expertise
encompasses a range of areas, including statutory audit, internal audit,
and bank statutory audit. Additionally, she holds the distinction of being
a qualified Information System Auditor.
Bibin Jacob

Bibin Jacob, an accomplished professional in the field of commerce,
has joined our firm as a partner in 2023. He holds an esteemed position
as an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of
India, and his extensive expertise and knowledge further enhance our
team. With an impressive track record spanning over five years, Bibin
has cultivated a deep understanding of various facets of corporate
management, internal and external audits, direct and indirect taxation,
as well as regulatory compliances.
Joyal John

Joyal John, a highly experienced audit consultant who has previously
worked with Grant Thornton India, has been promoted to the position
of partner at Roshan Thomas and Co in 2023. Throughout his tenure
at Grant Thornton, Joyal successfully managed the statutory audits of
numerous listed companies in India, demonstrating his extensive
expertise and proficiency in diverse areas of auditing, including
company audits, direct taxation, and indirect taxation.

Thomas George is a highly skilled and dedicated commerce graduate,
as well as an associate member of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of India. With a wealth of experience exceeding 5 years,
Thomas brings an exceptional level of expertise to his role within the
